Skool’s mission statement is to help 1 billion people find community.
With that mission in mind, we started the Goose World Tour, where we’re traveling to every single continent (yes, including Antarctica). Everywhere we go, we set up In Real Life (IRL) events to give Skoolers an excuse to take their connection, learning, and fun to another level.
BUTT, there are thousands of Skoolers dying to go to a Skool IRL. And we can’t be everywhere all the time...
Or can we?
This is why we created the Council of Unified Mayors.
Skool IRL mayors, aka Mayors, run events in their local area (could be a city, state, country; depends on the amount of Skoolers in that area) to give Skoolers an excuse to meet each other. Mayors also welcome touristy Skoolers to their area. This is especially helpful for countries with a bad reputation. As mayor, you could introduce others to the beauty of your area, cutting through all the noise that only serves to divide.
Lifelong friends, business partners, romantic partners, and (if ur really lucky) arch nemeses have all been found at Skool IRL events.
If connecting people and changing thousands of lives lights you up, then welcome home, dingus.

Responsibilities
Manage the Skool IRL community of your area, taking care of bots and scammers
answering questions from members regularly and incentivizing engagement.
Plan and run at least 1 Skool IRL event every month (of any size, but effort should be put in).
Capture footage of IRL events.
Welcome any visiting Skoolers to your area, giving them an experience they’ll never forget. 
Act as a servant leader, always keeping Skool’s mission in mind.
Regularly attend C.U.M calls (every other week), staying engaged and ready to share progress as Skool IRL Mayor of your area.

Requirements
Be a dedicated Skooler that is familiar with Skool’s culture.
Be extremely clear with all communication. Be trustworthy, reliable, and always ask questions.
Take ownership of your role. Be proactive. Don't wait for others to tell you what to do or how.
Bonus points if you have experience in event planning.
Extra Bonus points if you own/run a Skool community.
Mega Bonus points if you have any status emoji (Flame, Rocket, Star, etc.).
Results
You lead an engaged Skool IRL community filled with Skoolers ready for the next event.
Skool IRL events are constantly happening, giving FOMO to everyone not in attendance.
Who this role is NOT for
Anyone who needs to be followed up with to ensure tasks are completed
People who hesitate to take initiative
People who are only in it for the recognition and won’t follow through when the work starts
