This Privacy Policy describes how Goosify ("Goosify," "we," "us") collects, handles, stores, and shares information when you use goosify.io (the "Site") and the Wingman Chrome extension, listed as "WINGMAN: The Skool CRM" (the "Extension"). It also covers the Wingman services those products connect to, including skool.goosify.io and our Wingman API.

User Data Collection
We collect only the information needed to run the Site and the Extension. We do not collect data from pages you visit outside Skool in order to build an advertising profile.
Information you give us on the Site
- Identity and contact details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Information in applications, forms, and messages you send us
- Transaction details when you buy a product or service, including what you purchased and payment status. Card numbers are collected by our payment processor, not stored by us as full card data
Information collected automatically on the Site
- Browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, and referring URLs
- Cookie identifiers and similar technologies described in Cookies below
Information the Extension collects
The Extension runs on skool.com and collects the following when you install it, sign in, or use a feature:
- Account. When you sign in, we receive your Wingman account identifier, name, email address, organization membership, and subscription tier from our authentication provider.
- Skool profile. Your Skool display name, profile picture URL, and profile link, so the Extension can show who is signed in.
- Communities. Skool community names and identifiers for communities you belong to or administer, so CRM, automations, and calendar features can be scoped to the right community.
- Skool session. After you explicitly consent in the Extension, we read Skool cookies (including the session cookie) from skool.com so we can sync your communities and perform actions you turn on, such as sending a message or running an automation. We do not read those cookies before you consent.
- CRM and content you create. Tags, notes, follow-up reminders, saved posts, slash-command templates, themes, and automation settings you save in Wingman.
- Messages you ask Wingman to use. When you use DM suggestions, rewrite, Copilot, or a similar writing feature, we collect the draft you are writing and recent messages in that conversation, plus the member name and identifiers needed to attach the result to the right person.
- Call notes, if you turn the notetaker on. Call title, URL, start and end time, attendance, in-call chat, speaker timeline, transcript, summary, and audio you choose to process.
- Camera and microphone, only when you start a feature that needs them. Voice memos use the microphone. Screen recording uses the camera and microphone only if you include them. These permissions are optional and are requested at the moment you use the feature.
- Settings. Appearance and feature preferences stored in the Extension, such as focus mode and whether the notetaker is enabled.
User Data Handling
We handle information to provide the product you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
- Create and authenticate your account, and show the communities and plan you have access to
- Provide Site pages, applications, purchases, and support
- Sync CRM data, templates, automations, and settings between the Extension and your Wingman account
- Send messages, follow-ups, and other Skool actions that you configure or trigger
- Generate drafts, rewrites, summaries, and transcripts when you use an AI feature. The text or audio for that request is sent to our servers and then to our AI provider only to produce that result
- Attach a voice memo or screen recording to the Skool conversation or file you chose
- Remember your settings on this device
- Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable
- Contact you about your account, a request you made, or a change to these terms
Skool content processed by the Extension is used to operate the feature you invoked. We do not sell that content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
User Data Storage
Information is stored in these places:
- On your device. The Extension stores account state, community lists, CRM mirrors, preferences, and cached Skool profile details in Chrome's local extension storage. A small set of appearance preferences may also be stored in Chrome sync storage so they follow your Chrome profile. Signing out removes the account session and API token from the device. Community lists, CRM mirrors, and preferences stay in local extension storage until you remove the Extension or clear that storage in Chrome.
- On Goosify servers. Account records, communities, CRM data, templates, automations, call notes, transcripts, and files you upload are stored in our application database and file storage so they are available the next time you open Wingman. Our API is hosted by our infrastructure provider.
- Skool session material. Before a Skool session is sent to our servers for features that need it, the Extension encrypts it in the browser. Authentication tokens used to call our API stay in extension storage on your device.
We keep server-side information for as long as your account is active and the feature needs it. You can delete individual call notes in the Extension. To delete your Wingman account and the personal information we store for it, email us at the address below. We may retain a limited copy where we must do so for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it when that obligation ends.
User Data Sharing
We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf to run Wingman and the Site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share personal information with data brokers.
- Clerk provides sign-in and account identity.
- Supabase stores application data and files, including uploads and media previews.
- Railway hosts the Wingman API that the Extension calls.
- OpenAI receives the text or audio of a request when you use AI drafting, Copilot, summaries, or transcription, and returns the generated result. We send that content so the feature can respond. We do not send your Skool session cookie to OpenAI.
- GIPHY receives the search text you type when you search for a GIF inside an automation or template.
- Skool receives the actions you take through the Extension, such as a message, voice memo, comment, or automation you enabled. Those actions are performed with your Skool account.
We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Goosify, our users, or the public.
If Goosify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. The recipient will be bound by this Privacy Policy or a policy that gives you the same protections for the information already collected.
Google Calendar and Booking Pages
Booking pages (goosify.io/book) let a person take bookings on their own Google Calendar. If you connect a Google Calendar, you choose whether to allow the "view and edit events on all your calendars" permission (calendar.events) and we also receive your Google account email to know who you are.
- What we use it for. We read the times of events on your main calendar only to work out which times are free, and we create, move, or delete the calendar events for calls booked through your booking page, including the Google Meet link and the invite to the guest. We use the data for nothing else.
- What we keep. An encrypted access token so the page keeps working, your email, your booking page settings, and the bookings made through it (the guest's name, email, time, and any answer they typed). We do not copy the contents of your other calendar events.
- Who sees it. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else. A guest sees only the time of their own call and its Meet link. Our developers do not read your calendar by hand.
- Deleting it. Disconnect your calendar on your booking page settings, or remove Goosify's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Email us and we will delete your booking page and its bookings.
Goosify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and Related Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep you signed in, understand which pages are used, and measure referrals. A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit sign-in and other Site features.
The Extension does not set advertising cookies. It reads Skool cookies only after you consent, and only to connect your Skool session to Wingman features you use.
Your Choices
- You can decline Skool session sync. Community sync and features that need your Skool session will not run until you consent.
- You can deny the camera or microphone prompt. Voice memos and camera recording will not work without that permission. The rest of the Extension still works.
- AI features run only when you invoke them. If you do not use suggestions, Copilot, summaries, or transcription, we do not send that conversation or audio for AI processing.
- You can remove the Extension from Chrome at any time. That deletes the Extension's local storage in Chrome. It does not by itself delete data already saved to your Wingman account. Email us to request account deletion.
Children's Privacy
The Site and the Extension are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or the Extension after the update means you accept the revised policy.
